*cough cough* *sneeze*

I love Fall. I really really do, but *rubs red itchy eyes* sometimes it makes my allergies get so out of control all I can do is take my inhaler and a benadryl and call it a day. Hence today’s later than normal post.

That being said I got the best response ever from my “Sorry my post’s late today guys!” tweet

LOL, thank you G.T. you made my morning a better place.

so with out further ado… onto

Horror Haikuesday!

Artwork is by me, and this haiku is by Patrick Rahall:

My claws dig deeply,

My fangs tear my victim’s flesh.

Always I want more.

Today’s reader submitted haiku is by Nano Horror aka @tweetsthecreeps of Twitter (and if you come back around 1pm today I’ll have the artwork for this one done and added… I wasn’t kidding when I said I was totally out of wack today)

Rain washes earth clean

Sun rises on blank canvas

ready for more blood

  1. So… what, you did the second piece in maybe a couple of hours? F***ing talented people…

Anyway, I love your visual interpretation of my haiku. Great coloring to give the impression of diluted blood, and I like how the knight’s face plate also looks like a grate from which a flood will continue pouring indefinitely.

    1. lol, yep, I basically hit publish and then grabbed my inks. That’s part of why I like ink, you can’t really be (as) finicky so you’re forced to be fast. I’m really glad you like it 🙂 I like your description of the face plate, btw.
