Can’t breath
Mind is a hurricane of thought and emotion
A closed box unable to open
Explosive force with nowhere to go
No way to escape
The death of a thousand suns
Feels like everything all at once
Drowning inside your own head
Pain
Depression
Self loathing
Self doubt
Mix it in a bowl with a blender on high until bits of you splatter on the counter
Until all control is lost
And so are you
Breath
Slowly
Just close your eyes and breath
Long deep breaths expelling the devils
Inhaling the joy
Just…breath
